For the price we paid, we got amazing value - clean and spacious rooms, delicious and filling breakfast, and the best pizzas in town at the restaurant. The location was great, with easy access to the city center, and the staff at City View were incredibly courteous, kind, and helpful.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast choices better would be a wider variety of options.

i booked twin room, it was neat and complete with tv, high-end bathroom, welcome drinks. the personnel was excellent and accommodating.

The location was stunning and lovely, in the hills above the Kandy Lake, and the view was PLEASANT, too. The staff were very helpful and friendly attentive and were around whole time.

The hotel was in an amazing and lovely location adjacent to a nice pizzeria with great pizzas and great views over Kandy and the Kandy Lake and the city center.

The hotel was in a fantastic location, right in the center close to Beira lake. It was also conveniently situated in the hills above the Kandy Lake, offering breathtaking views. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and there was a popular pizza place on the terrace. the hotel provided great value for money.

There were some minor issues with the facilities, such as a toilet seat falling off and limited towels in the room.

The rooms at Kandy City View were absolutely amazing! The air-conditioning kept us cool during the hot Kandy weather, and the terrace offered breathtaking city views. The flat-screen TV provided great entertainment, and the private bathroom was clean and well-maintained. Plus, the bed linen was comfortable and cozy. We felt like we were staying in a luxurious getaway!

If I had to nitpick, I would say that the desk in the room was a bit small for my liking. But hey, that's just my personal preference!

I truly enjoyed the hotel, its neat room and amazingly nice staff. The restaurant was great at the top floor here, I had excellent dishes. Also, the location was great, relatively close to Kandy Lake.

The city of Kandy looked breathtaking from up there, and it was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the scenery. The room itself was clean, well-appointed, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff at Kandy City View Hotel went above and beyond to ensure that I had a pleasant experience, and their friendly and helpful nature made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a luxurious and convenient stay in Kandy.

Stayed at a charming hotel with a lovely garden. The free private parking was a bonus, although I had to do a bit of maneuvering. The restaurant had decent food, but the highlight was definitely the refreshing lack of elevators.

Who needs elevators anyway? It's so much fun lugging heavy suitcases up multiple flights of stairs!

The property is modern and very clean, just a short walk from the city center. The room is spacious with a comfortable bed and plenty of storage. The staff are fantastic and provided excellent service, including organizing transportation and recommending local tours. Wi-Fi is available and works well.

Felt more than at home, no complaints at all.
